He found a loaner car even though we hadn?t reserved one, and other really helpful things?.Removing the part when it was found that it wasn?t needed, and not even charging me for the labor? Always have had awesome service from this dealership, probably the best Toyota dealership I have ever been to in my life. With past experiences from Karl Malone Toyota I was headed to purchase a Subaru. Mark Miller is a big reason why I have only owned Toyota?s and still do so in Utah? Fast efficient work and the outcomes are awesome as per always? Must literally be the best workshop/service location I have ever seen in my life. I would be shocked if any service center in Utah let alone the USA could compare to the new building that Mr. Miller has set up? I have already recommended this dealership and a particular salesman (Josh Latta), how easy it is to find an honest salesman that actually cares about the customer and not just making a sale? Good luck on finding a single one anywhere let alone at a Larry Miller dealership, Josh is the pinnacle of what a salesman should be. more

This dealership and my service rep, Wendell, are outstanding in every possible way. My vehicle just turned 222,222 miles old today and is in tip top shape. I fully attribute that to the great care Wendell and his team take with it! Thanks!! I have been treated with the highest level of customer service on a vehicle I?ve owned for 10 years, put 200k miles on it and feel as though I could easily put another 200k on it. I speak from first hand experience when I say that Mark Miller Toyota and Wendell are top in their class. Not all Toyota dealerships are this terrific! more

Pleasant Experience 7/23/2010

At the recommendation of a friend I went to Mark Miller Toyota when I started looking for a replacement for my Toyota Sienna. The Sienna was purchased at another dealership. \r \r The sales experience was very different this time. I traded in my Sienna and purchased a Corolla. \r \r My salesperson, Chase Kunz is very professional and friendly, but not pushy at all. He took the time to show me as many cars as I wanted, and was very patient in my indecisiveness. He did not harass me with phone calls, or try to push any vehicle on me. \r \r Also, he got me through the sales process in less than 2 hours. He has made sure that everything was ready for me when I got there, and that I did not have to wait long for anyone. more

Great Dealership 7/16/2010

The Mark Miller Sales team worked hard to get us the right price, and APR. Numbers were up front and didn't change. Perfect!!!\r Mike Fuhriman is the best!!! This is the second Tacoma that I've purchased from this salesman. Both times my wife and I traveled from Twin Falls to Salt Lake City around 230 miles which is farther away than several other Toyota dealerships. I do tons of research before buying and my questions are many. Mike knows everything about these trucks and was able to answer every question. more

I recently leased a Camry from Mark Miller Toyota and had a wonderful experience. All of the terms were clearly explained and there were no surprises. The sales agent was courteous and his sales approach was relaxed and without any pressure. I was impressed with how much information they shared with me and the choices I had to lease or buy. I recently purchased a gorgeous 2009 black Tacoma TRD Sport from your dealership and I am extremely happy with my choice! From the beginning dealing with Spencer and Daniel in internet sales to the delivery of my truck was hands down the best expercience I have had in buying a car, this would be my second Tacoma. I drove from Las Vegas to pick it up and the description on the website was 100% accurate. The whole deal took 30 minutes when I arrived and I was off back home to Vegas with all the correct paperwork and a mint truck. This truck is awesome, condition is amazing, staff was honest and very polite including your finance manager. It?s dealerships like yours that set the benchmark higher for the rest, but in this business theres not much room for poor customer service from the get go and you definitely have made the perfect buying experience your number one priority at Mark Miller Toyota. Love my Toyota but not Mark Miller 5/13/2010

I've had some shady experiences at MM Toyota, both when I purchased my used (excuse me, pre-owned) Tacoma and also, when I went in to check on a recall issue. Turns out, the salesperson would have said ANYTHING to sell me the car and knew nothing about the specs and almost refused to show me the Car-Fax report. On the recall issue, my truck had no problem there, but as a consequence of the free 14-point inspection, ended up with a $2000. list of "urgent" repairs. Since replacing the license plate lights was $15, I decided to do it myself. Funny thing, there were no lights there to replace. La?er, I saw the lights dangling from their cords underneath the car where the bulbs had been crushed dragging on the asphalt. Guess they thought I would for sure have them do that, but never considered putting the car back together after it was "inspected" as a cash cow. Oh well. Their lobby with big screen TVs is nice, but you know who's paying for it! more

Mark Miller Toyota is Unscrupulous 12/27/2009

I went to Mark Miller; Negotiated a price for a new Toyota they had to order. Paid a big deposit, and waited a month for it to come in. They called me when it arrived, and I went in to pick it up with a check for the balance due. When I arrived, and handed them the check they said that they wouldn't sell it at the price on the contract they had signed!! Gave me a boatload of grief, (and wouldnt return my cashed deposit) and I started walking out, thinking this is an easy lawsuit, and I'll buy it elsewhere. They chased me down, and I consummated the deal, but their tactics are shady and greedy. I shouldnt have had to go through that crap. I would never darken their doorstep again, more

These guys are excellent at what they do for you and your car. The gravy in the experience is the consideration, respect and care they deliver to you as a human being. Hard to come by in the car biz. I purchased my Toyota Tacoma new from Spencer Williams back in 1999. The purchase process was smooth, no pressure and he truly wanted to put me in the car I wanted - the car I wanted was the car he wanted me in, not the more expensive one that probably would have made him more money. Not only that, but he's also a great guy - I still go in and visit him when I'm having that same Toyota serviced. I will, without a doubt, purchase my next Toyota from him. He rocks. So after you buy a car, you need to have it serviced. Mark Miller Toyota's service department is as good as the sales experience I had. Obviously a different scope, but the respect, care and attentiveness still applies. Bruce Belliston (service mgr) and Brent Gingell (mechanic) provided service beyond any expectations. They are a great team and work so hard to get things right. I recently brought my Toy in for the standard 90,000 mile service. I had some extra work done as issues were identified on inspection - just the normal wear and tear you'd expect from an older vehicle. One of those things was the brakes. Unfortunately, they didn't come out just right on the first go, but Bruce and Brent worked their butts off to make sure they were as smooth as butter and that I was happy with the outcome. They really went above and beyond the call of duty and I can't say enough good about these guys. I will forever be buying and maintaining my Toy's with Mark Miller Toyota, and specifically Spencer, Bruce and Brent, as long as they're around. I recommend all my Toyota buying/owning friends to these guys and have heard nothing but good experiences from them too. You will be treated kindly and with respect. Please give them the same - they are so worth it. Pros: Respect, care, consideration for you and your car. Cons: Can't think of one more

Mark Miller Toyota not only neglects important safety guidelines when installing safety features like a rear seat belt but also forgets the finishing touches like remembering to check to see if the seat belt actually connects into the other side before giving you your car back to go and pick up your small children at the day care. Small issue? No. Isn't that why we pay over 350.00 dollars to have a dealer install it because they are suppose to follow manufacturers specifications and double check to make sure it is safe. How can it be safe if after you pay over $350.00 for a new mechanism it does not even work. They also forgot to install the covers over the screws. Somehow came up missing and they tried to blame me. Why on earth would I remove them the same time they installed new seat belts. No one wants to be honest or take accountability. My advice...do not take your care to Mark Miller Toyota if you want to be safe. Best of luck. Pros: Want to get ripped off and have a car that isn't checked when done come to Mark Miller Toyota Cons: How much money do you want to give them to find out your can not even bring your kids home in your newly repaired car? more
