I am VERY disappointed in the sales at this dealership. I had come in with poor credit and was transferred to their New Start department. After a great initial impression in which the New Start Sales team worked with me to try to get a used vehicle, they simply seemed to give up without telling me anything. I added a co-signer and was told ""This helps greatly"". I was very excited and ready to proceed. I asked them to tell me what the details would be on a different vehicle than the original one (because they sold it without letting me know while trying to get a deal approved), and he said ""I will call you in 2 hours"". That was on the 11th of February. It is now the 18th and I have called and e-mailed multiple times trying to find out the status with NO responses. I have even tried their cell phones which they gave me during the initial visit.
I feel like I have been ignored and rejected. I would have understood if they had called and simply said. ""I'm sorry, we cannot seem to find approval"" or something similar. But to be ignored is completely unacceptable. I am sure after reading many reviews that if you have good credit, you will be taken care of nicely here. But if you need help and your credit is not good or perfect, AVOID this place! AVOID the New Start Department.
