What a nightmare this place is. It's convenient to my morning stop at Coffee Bean, so instead of making a second trip to the Post Office to mail a package, I thought, ""it must be the same price so I'm sure it's fine."" WRONG. I paid $4.50 for a First-Class parcel that (I looked up later online) should have only been $2.50 by USPS standards of weight and size. But the woman who works there doesn't give you a heads-up on how much it's going to cost until she's already run the postage through the system, so you're trapped into paying nearly double the correct postage for your item. It's truly ridiculous. When I commented ""that's kind of a lot of money for first class,"" I was met with silence (and an open hand waiting for my money).
This place overcharges for postage, their prices for packaging are outrageous, they are completely unhelpful and unfriendly, and I don't see any reason to ever return except for the convenience of the location (which is not compelling enough a reason for me!). I'd rather make a second stop at USPS any day than ever bring my business to this place again.
