Service Department - in dire need of chair upgrades 8/6/2014

All three chairs in the service department are torn, ripped and look just awful. I'm sure Nissan can afford a few minor furniture upgrades and doubt the sales department chairs are all torn and shabby. Makes the service department look like Nissan does not invest in their personnel and first appearances. Great looking service department, yet the details are important and noticed. more

Great Service from Steve 2/5/2013

Brought my Nissan Leaf in for maintenance and checkup. I had to get to work within 1.5hrs and Steve in Service department was great at ensuring the vehicle was ready while not compromising quality. The waiting room at Magic Nissan was comfortable with good Starbucks coffee and free wifi. more

Would recommend 1/9/2012

We purchased a brand new Nissan LEAF from them. Pros: Great Service, Friendly, Fast, and honest. They did try the typical dealer upsells but didn't hassle me when I said no. more
