Mike did a great job with plumbing issues in my 75 year old house. He installed a new vanity,installed faucets etc and replaced corroded pipes- not an easy job. He and Josh were at my house for over 9 hours on a Friday and were professional throughout. Mike was an excellent mentor for Josh- who is about to leave apprenticeship - his tone was patient and instructive. Josh was a self initiated worker who worked with anticipation of what Mike needed.On a Friday night you would expect rushed work- but not so. Mike suggested items for me to choose and all items were better than I expected. They were a great team- working together and seemingly to enjoy what they were doing. As soon as I hear back from Mike about choices for more faucets to install in another bathroom I will be schedule an appointment to install them as well as boil the coils in my heater. They were both an excellent representatives for Lowry Services more

Installation of a nwe Water heater 11/25/2018

Dan arrived at the exact time he was scheduled to meet me. He explained to me what was wrong with water heater I had and continued to tell me what he was going to do and how long the process would take. He took some measurements to make sure the new unit he brought would fit in the space occupied by the old heater. He installed a new Rheem water heater and left me a happy customer. He did a great job. more

Awesome Service 8/23/2018

Just had Mike & Pete here to fix our faucet & install 2 new valves in kitchen. They went above and beyond looking for a replacement part. Excellent Customer Service!!!! So thankful it's all fixed :) more

They were able to respond early the same day as the problem. Steve C was very courteous, knowledgeable, and explained the issue so even I could understand it. He went to the source of the problem in under 5 minutes, and repaired it in less than that. Great service, highly recommended! more

Steve was very professional. He answered all my questions. He even told me what to look for if I had a problem. He even recommended me to have some things done in the future. We discussed the service price before he did anything. He was pleasant I would recommend him to anyone more

Made me comfortable 11/22/2017

I had an electrical problem with my outside lights. Steve was able to fix some of the problem and explained to me what needed to be done to get it all right. This includes my having to buy a new sensor light, so I need to get around to that. He also did an assessment of my house and made some suggestions to make it safer. I'll definitely be calling for more assistance in finishing the job. Thank you! more

Our experience with Lowry 6/16/2017

We had an emergency. Water was leaking from the ceiling in a bathroom downstairs. Rob came and fixed the problem very quickly and efficiently. We got an appointment the same day within a few hours and the problem was fixed! Rob was on time,friendly and fixed the problem. Thank you!twenty more

Awesome Electrician 5/20/2017

Matt is a caring and competent employee who goes above and beyond to get the job done right the first time. We used him before because he did such an excellent job at our previous residence and we did not want anyone else to install ceiling fans for us. We feel fortunate that Matt came to our home a few years ago. He handles every job with a great level of expertise and we don't take these things lightly. He is one of the most courteous, responsive professionals we have dealt with in a very long time. Matt actually makes you feel like he wants to help you and takes his time doing the job. He explains the job up front and gives you a price and never makes you feel rushed. He treats it like his own home and cleans up and is very conscious of how he leaves things. We wanted you to know what a valuable electrician you have in Matt and recognize him for the valuable asset he is to your company. We only wish there were more people like him in the world. pressure relief valve and main shut off 5/7/2017

Lee was very professional and explained what he was doing every step of the way, even though he could tell that i understood what was being done. I thought the price was a little steep but I saw the price sheet and well, it is what it is. All in all the service was good and pretty fast(only about 3 hours from my first call till he was done) especially on a Sunday morning. more

Great Service from Shaun 5/30/2016

We had a sewage pipe back up in our basement. Lowery sent out Shaun Marseglia who did a fantastic job. He was friendly when he arrived assessing the situation. When he saw what the job entailed he got his equipment to bring into the house. He ensured that both his shoes and equipment were covered to keep the house clean. During the fix he explained what went wrong and answered all questions that I had teaching me a few things about the plumbing in my house and how everything works. After he fixed the backup he ran the video camera down the pipe to inspect and make sure the problem was 100% fixed. He had the emergency call charge from the night before removed from my account and made sure that Lowry only charged me for his visit. He was very personable, quick and did a great job. I would highly recommend Lowry and especially Shaun for any plumbing or drainage needs. more
