Backed Up Kitchen Sink 1/15/2016

Angel H. and Pete unclogged my drain and advised on ways to prevent clogging. They also explained that my existing pipe set-up is convoluted but did not pressure me into additional services, just pointed out likelihood of problems occurring is greater because of odd pipe arrangement. Recommended eco-friendly drain/pipe maintenance product. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable. more

Dan U was very professional. He and his partner Mike did a splendid job. They arrived punctually, worked straight through to about 6:15pm. At that time Dan began describing features of the appliance and though it was late and he was tired, he patiently described everything without rushing. I recommend Dan and Mike unconditionally. more

Efficient and Effective 12/7/2015

I use Lowry because I get straighjt answers from the technicians. They take the time to listen to my issues, ask insightful questions, diagnose and demonstrate issues in a friendly manner. They also provide tips that help maintain my heat pumps and answer any and all my questions. While I don't like the trip charge, I am a fan of their people. more

Lowry Services 10/29/2015

We had Angel H. and his co-worker Pete handle a plumbing problem for us. They came within 1 1/2 hrs of our call. They were on time to the minute. They were polite, professional and very knowledgeable. They took care of the problem efficiently and gave us advice regarding solutions to potential problems. We were pleased with the cost and will certainly call Lowry if needed in the future! more

Plumbing issues promptly resolved 10/28/2015

I am a new customer to Lowry services. I had a problem with my plumbing and they had it fixed the same day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also charged a very resonable rate. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have a plumbing issue. more

Great guy, great service! 10/22/2015

Mike S. serviced our heating units this week and was fantastic. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. We ended up getting two air purifying units for our systems as there was mold growing on the outside of the filters, but I never felt like I was being "sold" or pushed into anything. He knows his business and is very competent, quiet and efficient as he goes about it. Thanks Mike! more

Amazing Electrician 10/20/2015

From A to Z amazing. From the phone call to the finish this was great. Matt D was on time, fast, thorough, proficient, and able to complete all indoor and outside repairs in 3 hours! I'm having him back for additional work in a few days. I am even going to have Lowry do my my heating and plumbing repairs within the next week or 2. 5 star recommendation all around, I followed my electrician the entire time he was here and he answered my questions and addressed my concerns throughout the entire visit. Installation of New Kohler Sink and Delta 'Waterfall' Faucett 10/16/2015

Mike A. was totally professional in both his Salesmanship and in his Plumbing prowess. He thoroughly explained the companies polices for up-front pricing of the job (using the Company's prepared manual), gave us two options with installation costs for the job; explained the added costs for the more complete installation - and offered us the Senior Citizens discount. Upon our acceptance, Mike changed clothes and began the 3-4 hour task of removing our present sink and installing replacement hot and cold leads with customized Shut Off Valves, etc. Since I understand plumbing I can say with authority that his copper pipe and valve work was a work of art. And the sink removal and reinstall were performed perfectly with no damage to our existing Countertop or the cabinetry below. Moreover, Mike exhibited weel refined Customer Relations skills. He was very friendly, answered all my many questions without hesitation - and did not utter a single abusive language word at any time. When the installation was completed, Mike removed all his plumbers gear, cleaned the counter and floor of all debris leaving the job as he had found it upon entry into our kitchen. Both my spouse and myself were fully please with both his demeanor and his plumbing expertise. thanks to LOWRY SERVICES for assigning Mike to perform the job. This is our first experience with Lowry for taking on a major Plumbing assignment, We arbitrarily selected Lowry and were blessed to have Mike as the installer. Should we have any plumbing needs in the future, we will call Lowry and ask personally that Mike be assigned the job. We know the job will be done systematically, professionally and that we will know up front what our cost obligations are. Thanks Mike for giving us a bright, shiny new Kitchen Sink!!! more

This was not only the best service call by Lowry's, it was probably the best service call we have ever had. Rick was courteous, professional and respectful of our home. Very skilled and provided so much information re: our heating system. We were so impressed, we purchased a CB4 service schedule and would like to request that Rick be our future technician.
