We had a sewage pipe back up in our basement. Lowery sent out Shaun Marseglia who did a fantastic job. He was friendly when he arrived assessing the situation. When he saw what the job entailed he got his equipment to bring into the house. He ensured that both his shoes and equipment were covered to keep the house clean.
During the fix he explained what went wrong and answered all questions that I had teaching me a few things about the plumbing in my house and how everything works. After he fixed the backup he ran the video camera down the pipe to inspect and make sure the problem was 100% fixed.
He had the emergency call charge from the night before removed from my account and made sure that Lowry only charged me for his visit.
He was very personable, quick and did a great job. I would highly recommend Lowry and especially Shaun for any plumbing or drainage needs.
