friendly service. high prices

electrician 10/8/2015

Jeff M was a delight and very professional and courteous. While fixing my motion sensor he noticed some siding was pulling away and fixed it immediately. He also went to Home Depot to get new bulbs for the motion sensor fixture. I would give him a 10 star rating. Lowry should be happy to have him as an employee. more

95' well-pump installation/entire system rehab: Very professional and timely service was performed. I use Lowry for electrical and plumbing services because of their consistently reliable,excellent and professional service. Joe W. & trainee "Bo" did an excellent job. more

Lowry Services 9/28/2015

Lowry was able to send Steve the same day we called. We were very happy with his professionalism, explaining what he was checking and his suggestion. He then did what he suggested quickly and it looks like it fixed the problem. more

Water Heater Install 9/26/2015

Mike A., of Lowry Services, did a great job installing my new gas water heater. They were able to install it the next day (other companies were not) and I found Mike to be very friendly and competent. Everything was cleaned up before he left. I would definitely use Lowry and Mike again. more

Service on 9/10/15 9/11/2015

Called Lowry to schedule work to be done to comply to a house inspection. Keith F showed up on time, evaluated work to be done and gave me a price. Unfortunately, problem was difficult to diagnose but Keith performed an extensive troubleshooting and came up with a viable solution. Would call Lowry again for electrical service. more

our technician Rick was extremely knowledgeable and professional. His level of expertise was very impressive however, it was his true and sincere care about his customers that was above and beyond. He went out of his way to answer any questions and explain what was needed to fix our faulty air conditioner. His genuine passion for his work certainly was apparent. This is the kind of genuine customer care that will keep our loyalty and we will be more than happy to refer any family/friends to this service. Greatly appreciate the time and dedication to ensuring we were taken care of. more

I made a call for emergency electrical service on a Sunday morning. By early afternoon, the problem was identified, assessed and addressed by Service Pro Norman W. Everyone with whom I dealt, including customer service and the dispatcher, was prompt, courteous and efficient. more

greg was hear right on time and got started at once. he first checked inside and then went outside to the unit. he placed some gauges on it and the first words out of his mouth was...oh my god. he said the whole unit inside was covered with some kind of seeds. then i told him about the trees behind my house that in the spring blow off some kind of white fuzzy things that have a seed inside it. there are so many that it looks like your lawn is covered with snow. he then took the hose and cleaned and cleaned til he got all of the mess cleaned off. he had to work a long time to really get rid of all the mess. he then checked the guages again and they were right on the money. greg was very friendly and then cleaned up all the mess and said it would be a good idea for me to sign up with lawry services for them to come twice a year and clean the unit. he was my hero, my husband always took care of these matters, but he is gone now. please send me a contract so i can sign it and send back a check for twice a year cleaning. thanks again more

Great Job 8/7/2015

On 8/5/15 Jeff M. spent most of the day doing an electrical job for us.I was very impressed with the finished job! He was very meticulous and thorough as well as making sure everything was working and in order before he left.He did not rush as if he was in a hurry to go somewhere else but was always willing to explain what was going on and did not try to cut me short. He was totally professional and friendly in every aspect of performing his job.I was very pleased with the money spent and the final results of the job done! Thank you! more

Air Conditioning Unit 8/6/2015

I had a problem with my air conditioner and never used Lowry before, however I found this on the website and decided to call them. They were absolutely great! The technician who was Mike W was very nice and explained everything in detail. Will continue with them in the future. more

electrical supply box replacement 8/3/2015

Norman was very helpful, very detailed in his explanation of what was happening with my switches. He thoroughly explained the price programs and what was included. No surprises, ..... Also, he took the time to explain some possible up and coming electrical work that should be done in the near future and gave me the pricing nfo as well.... Very professional in his work..... Lowry Sevices 7/30/2015

I was stuck without power on a Saturday Night and leaving for vacation on Monday. We called Lowry services and Keith was at our house Sunday morning to fix our big problem. It was very hot that day and Keith was working for hours, he was very nice, clean and professional. We will call Lowry Services the next time we need something done. more

Greg O from Lowry's arrived promptly on time, was very knowledgeable and courteous, and completed the work quickly and correctly. He was a complete professional from start to finish. Overall my experience with Lowry's has been very positive, excellent in fact. Their prices are fair and they don't pressure an up sell of the work. Straight forward and honest. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others in need of HVAC services. more

Greg O. was very nice, and explained what was wrong with our air conditioner. He did tell us what had to be done in laymans terms, so we understood. He informed me of the coupon on line that would be a savings for us. We have been very pleased with all of Lowry's men. We let all our friends know of the very good service. more

Drain clearing and inspection - Angel H. Lowry Services 7/24/2015

Angel H. of Lowry Services did a great job clearing our clogged sewer lateral, and was very helpful in assessing the cause of the problems we have been having using through a pipe camera inspection. I would recommend Angel as a technician and Lowry as a company. more

Tank less water heater installation 7/23/2015

Had to have a replacement tank-less water heater installed. The tech Ken W. was excellent and did a great job. Would have been 5 stars but I felt it pricey. Seven years ago it cost a lot less for more initial plumbing and electrical work completed by a separate plumber and electrician. more
