Lost Sock Laundry

This laundry mat has lots of large capacity washers and dryers so I'm able to get ALL of my laundry done quickly. The place is always super clean. Lots of magazines to read and pass the time. I brought my laptop for offline work while doing laundry here, but was pleasantly surprised there is free wireless. Self-service laundry is $1.50 per wash, and $0.25 for every 8 or 10 minutes of drying. Large front-load washers are available for $3.50 a load. There are plenty of machines for the whole city, and the owner also offers drop-off service at $0.75 a pound, with a 10lbs minimum. There are also a change machine, a soap/bleach/softener dispenser (at $0.75 per item), coke and snack machines, and a few tables for reading or surfing the web. There is easy parking up front. I was pretty pleased with the set up. Opening hrs advertized on the door as of 8/4/05 are 8am to 10:30pm, with the last load starting at 9:30pm. No pets allowed. more
