I highly recommend AGAINST Lorig. Poor onsite apartment management, nonresponsive to critical needs (several break-ins to the ""secured"" parking garage and onsite mailboxes). And...

I highly recommend AGAINST Lorig. Poor onsite apartment management, nonresponsive to critical needs (several break-ins to the ""secured"" parking garage and onsite mailboxes). And had to utilize legal means to get back the deposit and an illegal cleaning fee (which was easily obtained through small claims court, but who wants the hassle!). Beware! more

Bad policies 9/8/2003

It's a sad side-effect of privatization that university housing gets handed to people like this to do with as they would without regard for the level of decency one would normally associate with a state agency. Don't rent an apartment from Lorig. more
