Two years after my son was born I was in pretty bad shape, between the carrying of my pregnancy and the carrying of him after he was born. Long Chiropractic does not just perform simple adjustments, but designs fairly rigorous treatment schedules for their patients. It required a commitment of time from me (3 months at 2-3 times per week), and of course very few of us have insurance plans that will cover that, so I had to brace for some serious out-of-pocket expenses. There was also some pain/adjustment involved in getting my spine and neck back to a more "normal" state. However, the result has been worth it. My back pain is lessened considerably, I feel stronger in general, and (most importantly), I no longer feel like my left hip is about 2 inches higher than my right. Absolutely worth it for that.
Now I am starting to work with them on my asthma. I was a bit skeptical about this at first, but that, too, appears to be working. Definitely recommended if you are ready to take the time needed to improve your quality of life.
The only reason it's not 5 stars is that it just takes too long, and ALL my pain is not gone. But that is PROBABLY not their fault :)
