Not Impressed 7/16/2006

I'm new in town and thought I couldn't go wrong with a well known chain... boy was I wrong. When we walked through the door there were 4 people there to greet us and they all looked like they were attending a funeral. Barely even a smile and when we told them that we needed a table for 5 in non-smoking it was as if we had asked them to explain the theory of relativity. Pros: None come to mind Cons: Very unsanitary and waitstaff were not pleasant at all more

going downhill 11/11/2002

I was there over the weekend... service is slack, orders were not correct, food was overcooked. It used to be my favorite steakhouse - I need to find another one. Pros: Reasonable price, Good variety, Location Cons: Service, Food more
