We started using Lock Solutions at the beginning of the year and our experience with them has been great. Our clients are banks and, when our regular locksmith left the country, we needed a good, very responsive locksmith that we could rely on to help our clients.
Lock Solutions was recommended to us and they have been very good at following instructions. I use them 2 or 3 times a week, on average, and they always make time for us, regardless of when I call them. They follow through and make sure that the job is completed that day.
I do not have to be there when I send them out to jobs, which I appreciate. I have worked with a lot of different locksmiths in the past and continue to use Lock Solutions because they are very professional, kind, and honest.
