I bought my father a Lobster Gram gift certificate for Father's Day a few years back. I didn't know what to expect. The catalog alone was worth it. Full of great pictures of meat and fish.
My dad decided on lobster tails and some crab cakes for my mom. When they arrived, they looked fantastic. Then we sat down to eat them. Lord, they were the best lobster tails you could possibly find without being near the ocean. Just absolutely the freshest fish you could ever want.
