Lin Isaac DDS

Dr. Lin and his staff are extremely competent and caring. I have had various experiences with a number of dental offices and have had some bad experiences. I find Dr. Lin to be a dentist who truly understands the needs of the patient and strives to accomplish his tasks with the most comfort possible. He understands that dental work can be expensive and he actively looks for ways to minimize costs. His hygienists, Gail, and Victoria, reflect his caring and competent philosophy. His receptionist, Debbie, is a huge asset as well. She is much more than a greeter. She is the "front office", and is an expert at billing, insurance, administration, etc. She always knows the "answer", or knows how to find out. Overall, I feel lucky to have found Dr. Lin. more

I've been seeing Dr. Lin for about two years now. I'm always apprehensive when selecting a new dentist, as I feel I've had great dentists in the past (I'm a big baby when it comes to pain in my mouth). A friend recommended Dr. Lin to me and I've been very pleased with the results. In the time I've been seeing him, he has done a root canal, two crowns and a few fillings. The root canal was tricky due to the shape of the root in my tooth. Dr. Lin finished the procedure despite having to miss his daughter's elementary school graduation ceremony. I appreciate Dr. Lin's approach -- he presents options, explains their pros and cons and costs, and while working he keeps the patient well-informed on how things are going. I think all the work he has done for me has been excellent. In addition, I want to comment on my hygienist, Sue. She has a lot of knowledge and is always telling me about new products that are available and how well she or others have seen them work. (It's not a sales pitch as almost always these are things that need to be purchased elsewhere.) I feel I am in very capable hands with Dr. Lin and his staff, and they make going to the dentist almost enjoyable! more
