Review content:
Dr. Lin and his staff are extremely competent and caring. I have had various experiences with a number of dental offices and have had some bad experiences. I find Dr. Lin to be a dentist who truly understands the needs of the patient and strives to accomplish his tasks with the most comfort possible. He understands that dental work can be expensive and he actively looks for ways to minimize costs. His hygienists, Gail, and Victoria, reflect his caring and competent philosophy. His receptionist, Debbie, is a huge asset as well. She is much more than a greeter. She is the "front office", and is an expert at billing, insurance, administration, etc. She always knows the "answer", or knows how to find out.
Overall, I feel lucky to have found Dr. Lin.
