But the review below me (although old), I just had to comment on. Have you actually been to this branch? Has anyone been there lately? They are ALWAYS busy. There seems to always be a line, and lazy people who don't want to come down here and wait their turn will just keep calling and calling and calling. I come this this branch often to send cargo back home, and although I don't work here, I can only imagine what they go through. I understand, and I wait patiently. Like everybody else. If you want them to have an answering machine, go and buy them one. The reviewer abut the padala, sorry to hear your trouble. Can't say much for this as I've never sent money through LBC. Just think for a second: How many people are living in the area where you were sending money to? How many of those have relatives that are OFW and sending money back home...to that area? Now, being that this isn't a bank, it's clear to see how they can run out of money. I don't know why they charged you guys a fee unless you didn't pay it when you sent it (and I would take that up with management, because that's bs), but people need to be a little less demanding and a little bit more understanding. more

i try to call in lbc for pick up, n' it happened a lot of time that these people or employee just totally ignore the phone, i let the phone rings for a hundred times but no answer,n' you know that they are open they just don;t care how they do bussines , their excuses is because they were busy, this is a big busy company and can't even affoard on buyin an answering machine or have someone answer the phone! they got to change this kind of pilipino bussines that just don't care , maybe back home in philippines are like that , that they can be careless for a customer, but...gee be professional, u guys are not in the philippines! please...get a better management and be professional, get rid off the lazy employee and manager should be a professional!! more

I sent money to my cousin this week and since she got an e-mail, she can pick up the money right away. So I sent her an e-mail when I went home. She went to Lotus, 3rd level but to her surprise, the person told her that LBC ran out of money and she had to go to Aguinaldo Hi-way branch to pick up the money. It was a hussle and bad service, isn't it? Another bad part is that she did not get the right amount stated on my receipt. LBC Aguinaldo Hi-way deducted 12 pesos and 30 cents from what my cousin supposed to receive. Small amount but still bad. Hopefully, the management will correct these problems. Pros: Fast and cheaper money remittance Cons: LBC in the Philippines, i.e. Lotus 3rd level - poor service more
