I sent money to my cousin this week and since she got an e-mail, she can pick up the money right away. So I sent her an e-mail when I went home. She went to Lotus, 3rd level but to her surprise, the person told her that LBC ran out of money and she had to go to Aguinaldo Hi-way branch to pick up the money. It was a hussle and bad service, isn't it? Another bad part is that she did not get the right amount stated on my receipt. LBC Aguinaldo Hi-way deducted 12 pesos and 30 cents from what my cousin supposed to receive. Small amount but still bad. Hopefully, the management will correct these problems.
Pros: Fast and cheaper money remittance
Cons: LBC in the Philippines, i.e. Lotus 3rd level - poor service
