i try to call in lbc for pick up, n' it happened a lot of time that these people or employee just totally ignore the phone, i let the phone rings for a hundred times but no answer,n' you know that they are open they just don;t care how they do bussines , their excuses is because they were busy, this is a big busy company and can't even affoard on buyin an answering machine or have someone answer the phone! they got to change this kind of pilipino bussines that just don't care , maybe back home in philippines are like that , that they can be careless for a customer, but...gee be professional, u guys are not in the philippines! please...get a better management and be professional, get rid off the lazy employee and manager should be a professional!!
