Dr. Fernandez has worked very hard to form a good relationship with me, as a difficult client that originally had a bad experience. Her reputation is important to her and her dedication shows. She has been open and honest, creating a trustworthy environment. She is worth working through any misunderstanding, and is accepting of constructive criticism, working to correct any situation that may arise. Her love for her work is evident, and meeting her once will be enough to qualm any fears about where to take your pet. As a client, I appreciate her honesty and integrity, as well as her openness to address issues with me. I have only heard good things about her in the community. She has squeezed my pets into already swamped, fully booked days at last minute; and she is always prompt to return calls and answer questions no matter how busy the day may be. Her facility is clean, her pricing is extremely reasonable, and her staff is friendly. She and her staff make it a point to be friendly and caring to everyone, no matter how crazy we may be! After getting to know Dr. Fernandez, I find it impossible to think of having to take my pets to anyone else and will continue to be a dedicated client for as long as she will have me!
