Dr. Saporito and all the staff at Lakeside Animal Hospital, my little min pin "Roo" needed surgery on her rear legs. I know it was traumatic for her, but it was also very upsetting for me. As usual, we were treated with kindness and respect. After the surgery, I received follow-up calls every day for about 10 days. my own doctor wouldn't have done this. I knew that I could call if there were any problems and would be able to come into the office right away. This was not necessary. Everything went very smoothly. The most amazing part was the follow-up, I thought that "Roo" would be reluctant to go back into the office again. Not so. When we get out of the car, she can't wait to get inside. This is because of the kind and gentle care she received.
