i had brought my dog in because she had an inch long cut and i thought she needed stitches. After they took her from me a vet tech came to me within 7 min with a list of everything they were going to do to her it came out to $296, which i couldnt afford at the time (especially when i had spent almost $200 earlier this month on deworming my dog). I told them i wanted my dog back to go elsewhere and they made me sign some paper and after that they still made me wait, which i didnt understand because they were doing nothing to her. After about 15 min i finally get my dog back and get charged a $50 "exam fee" for absolutely nothing. i feel like their whole staff wasted my time and money... This is just a money hungry facility, all they want is your money, they don't care about your pet. This was a horrible experience. I'll never go back EVER. Do your research before you take your pets here.
