Quick, kind, and reliable 9/22/2013

I had a hole rusted through my muffler, and Karl set me up with a new one for a good price. I needed it fixed pretty quickly, and once he got the muffler in (which only took a day), he got it all replaced in an hour so I could get to work on time :) Great service! more

They took my car on a walk-in basis at 9:15AM, had it back to me same day with 100,000 mile maintenance and belt replacement complete, and the one part they had to order (the license light case) they said to drop in any time for a 5-minute fix. And they called me to check before they did the replacement. Reasonable charges, friendly service. more

I have been bringing my 1998 Toyota Tacoma here for years and it drives like butter every time I get work done on it. I think my truck is never gonna die. My 2 daughters also bring their vehicles here from my recommendation and they are treated very well. The staff are respectful and hardworking. Great service. If they are unsure about what is to be done, they call you instead of doing it and then charging you. Estimates are within the quoted price. Quality of work is extremely good. If something goes wrong, they will fix it. Good service staff. more

Personal, Caring Service 8/1/2013

I brought in my car because the air conditioner was not working properly. Several hours later I was notified the work was completed. I returned to Lake City Autoworks and paid my bill. Upon starting my car, I was greeted with a wondrous breeze of cool air on a very hot day. The amount charged was very reasonable and well worth it. more
