The rent has gone up five times within a very short period of time. We started at $595, then we went up to $680, then to $735, then $745, then $765, now $795. That's a jump of more than $200 within ONE freaking year. And, if you were a tenant who had the misfortune of starting at the lower rates, you are now trapped with the higher one. You can research the rent increases online. As far as the maintenance goes, if your electricity goes out or you have water problems, you are screwed. Peace out.
