La Palmera Family Mexican Restaurant

I love this place! If you Love spicy and big proportions of Mexican food, This is the place to go! Every year my significant other and I go to this restaurant. They have a great sense of humor and they are very well priced for the quality of food and dining. I would definitly recommend this place to everyone! Drinks are made how they are supposed to be made, No Crappy Drinks :) LOVE this place! more

This la palmera is perfect for spending an afternoon outside on a sunny patio when you can't think of anywhere nearby near water. With enough sangria you will forget that you are looking out on Hwy 99 and not in mexico. Chips and delicious salsa are plentiful. Plus this a great place to bring friends as the staff at this restuarant are very entertaining. They have tables where they have rigged up fake spiders to come down on you when you are eating, and other things that jump out at you. I can't think of another place where little things like this add to dining out experience. Its a perfect place to bring people that have never been. Inside is large, with a seperate bar area if you want to be away from families or can't get a seat on the patio. Parking is plentiful. Pros: patio, practical jokes, salsa, more
