Excellent Company to Work With 11/1/2013

I am 100% satisfied with the workmanship and service I received. Don was great to work with and explained all the options I had. In the end, his price was significantly lower than the BMW dealership so I would definitely use them again. I received great customer care, e.g., a ride home, status calls, my car got washed! and they said they would wait for me if I got stuck in rush hour when I was on my way to pick up the car. It doesn't get any better than that! more

Excellent quality repairs 7/30/2013

Koss Collision Center is great, I am a repeat customer! They have done several cars for me because they offer excellent quality repairs. They have removed dents from a driver's door, repaint it, put a new mirror on, get nicks off the back door, and they have repainted an entire rear panel. Your car always comes back perfect, you can never tell its been damaged after Koss Collision fixes it. more

Excellent in every way... 6/3/2013

We brought my car in and were greeted by Don Koss, who was friendly, cheerful and very quickly assessed the problem, offered a solution and quoted a price that was below two other places. It was an insurance claim so necessitated several quotes. We also noticed that the shop was very clean. We were so pleased with the outcome, that we recommended this great shop to my daughter, who is taking her car in today. It is SO good to have found a reliable place that you can count on. Great work and great customer service can't be beat. 3/28/2013

I brought in my month old Mini Roadster that got into a collision ruining the front bumper. Koss was recommended by a relative as well as my insurance company. I couldn't be more pleased. My phone calls and questions were answered in a timely manor. The whole process took about a week from when I brought the car in to get estimated until it was finished. Parts were all replaced and paint matches perfectly. I even got a jar of touch up paint in case I ever need it. I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone. more

KOSS you're the BOSS 3/13/2013

I have used KOSS Collision Center for three family cars that needed body damage repair. They always do the finest job! Price is fair, customer service is the best I have ever had, friendly family business, always goes above and beyond when finishing the final detail of their work. I have tried other places before finding Koss and they were not friendly, efficient, and the paint didn't even match! I go to KOSS and always will. KOSS is the BOSS when it comes to Auto body repair and painting! Thank you KOSS more

I had a good experience. 3/5/2013

This was my third time going to them. I had a car that was rear-ended. At the time, my wife was out of town, and I didn't have someone to help me get the car to the shop. They were able to offer me a ride home after I dropped off my car. There was a small delay because parts that came in were unsatisfactory. I was grateful to them because they were able to identify that the parts ordered by my insurance were sub-par. They contacted the insurance company and got the right parts and took care of the car as soon as they could. more

Koss did an excellent job of not only giving us a very fair estimate but also did exceptional work in a very timely manner. They also took the time to detail the vehicle before we picked it up. I had a wonderful experience with them, it was more than I expected. I had been going to another facility in San Jose. I did my research, and wanted to make sure they were Diamond certified. I went through that website, and I ended up finding Koss, which was closer. I wanted to get a second opinion, so went there for the first time. The customer service was great, Bob was so nice. He took the car in, worked on it as soon as he could, and made me feel comfortable. Once I received the car back I was so thrilled to see what an excellent job they did. They did an interior cleaning, and vacuumed and shampooed the carpets inside. It was great. I'm making sure I tell everyone I know to go there because it was such a great experience. more

Great job at a reasonable price 9/18/2012

They are very professional and courteous. Gave me a quote fast, dealt very well with the insurance people. I needed some flexibility from them regarding when I could pick up the car and Don was very nice and flexible. I would very highly recommend them. more
