I brought in my month old Mini Roadster that got into a collision ruining the front bumper. Koss was recommended by a relative as well as my insurance company. I couldn't be more pleased. My phone calls and questions were answered in a timely manor. The whole process took about a week from when I brought the car in to get estimated until it was finished.
