Best Beach Breakfast Place 11/5/2007

This is, by far, our favorite breakfast place in Manhattan Beach. What it lacks in decor, it makes up for in service and food. There's always an interesting crowd - older locals, surfers, kids, folks who look like they haven't gone to sleep yet. We'll keep coming back for years to come. more

Delicious Breakfast! 6/27/2007

Koffee Kart is a delicious breakfast spot, especially the morning after a night out! The omelettes are fantastic as is the service. The last time I was there I was sad to see they ditched the country motif-- they now have an updated, kool look... Pros: Price, Food, Service Cons: None! more

Good Breakfast Food 11/1/2006

OK, so this place is a dive, hole in the wall, nothing special. However, the food is great and the wait is not too bad on the weekends. Be sure to put your name on the list, even if no one else is waiting, the busboy will school you! The service is... well, the waitresses are all older, tough diner-type waitresses. Remeber ""Flo"" from ""Alice""?...There's 4 or them. Don't expect to substitute anything on the weekend. I'll say it again, though, this is my favorite Manhattan Beach breakfast spot! A touch of country in Manhattan Beach 9/7/2004

Koffee Kart is so small from the front that you might easily drive by it over and over (as I have). Once inside you might think you're somewhere in the Midwest. Big omelets, fluffy buttermilk pancakes and home-style biscuits and gravy. All served promptly with a smile. The owner and help are very personable, so you have that right-at-home kind of feeling. Stop driving by and tell 'em rangergord sent you. Pros: Quality of food, Fast Service, Homey feeling Cons: , wait, small tables more
