Steve...the service rep...was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. I trust the work performed was of high quality but it is difficult for the consumer to really know. However, I trust Klein Honda based on 12 years of business to date. more

Great service, good discount coupons, personable employees, desk space in the waiting area with Wi-Fi or a computer. (An espresso/latte machine would be the next great thing to add--even a push-button pre-programmed one.) more

Fast, efficient service at Klein Honda 12/20/2013

The service department at Klein Honda makes routine service a snap! Without an appointment, I was in-and-our early on a Wednesday with oil and filter change, routine inspections and cleaning of the rear brakes in less than 40 minutes for my 2013 Honda Accord Sport with 12.5K miles (2nd service). more

Lauren, the courtesy shuttle driver, is #1! 12/20/2013

Been going to Klein for all services with our vehicle since 2008. Happy almost all the time. Not 5 stars bc the intake person did not note to the technician the problem with the engine noise. He brushed over with his response when I asked about it at the end of the oil change. It was not mentioned in the diagnostic report that it was addressed. Would have liked a more thorough examination and honest response. Lauren, the shuttle driver, was awesome! Excellent customer service from her. Helped with load and unload the baby stroller and my things. Quick and proactive! Live her! more
