Oil change 2/28/2014

I went in at 7:15 AM without an appointment and was out by 8:15. Everything was checked and pronounced A-OK. I really appreciate being able to take my car in to a dealer and have the service performed as fast as one of those 10 minute lube joints. more

if it wasn't for Sean Johnstone i would have probable walked out and missed o\out on my car. he came in on his day off and at 6:30 in the morning to meet me with a loaner car. and then set everything up to get my car detailed because it wasn't done when i bought it. fantastic service but only because of SEAN. he was very up front with me through the whole thing. the only thing i did not like was the busniess guy at the end of everything because he was way to unpersonal and bacily exnorred my wife interialy and made her feel usesless that would be the only reason i would think twice on comeing back. if you would like to talk about this please email me more

Took much longer than expected even though I had an appointment. They are severely understaffed on Saturdays which is the only viable day to go in if you have a standard M-F office schedule. However I cannot complain with the results as they performed everything professionally. more

Outstanding- purchased my honda in 2005 and have all my service done at Klein Honda. Joey was my Service Associate who did a outstanding job providing me the correct prices on the work I needed done and completed within the time expect. He was very professional and I was confident that he was honest with me with all of my questions. more
