Enjoyed the large private room and the team that work knew what they were doing

This was a good choice in getting dad ready for acute rehab. He is somewhat stubborn but they worked him and explained the important of working them to make sure he continue with after discharge. more

Thought the place was alright, some of the staff needs more customer service skills and 85% were great. My comments are about the them nice staff and they need what they were doing regarding patients with breathing isues. more

My grandmother was here for a while. She had to have wound care and these people know what to do. We were so glad about the way everything turned out about her health, they also had private rooms which was cool! more

Great place 5/11/2016

We were there for wound healing and what a great team they had there. That wound closed up and they monitor the pain before touching. There was also rehab to help with the walking and teaching on how to rotate from side to side, to keep pressure off the wound. more

Good Rest Stop 3/11/2016

This was a surprise regarding how nice and clean the place was. Fresh popcorn, coffee, pops, and flavor water all free. This means a lot after you have already spent a lot of funds and different places thru the illness. The care was just what she needed. more

My old buddy spent some time there and he really like the place. He really wanted to stay longer but couldn't -they took really good care of him . I was able to stay and visit as long as I liked and had lunch several times not that expensive, more

I have learn over time that you have to give everything and everyone a chance. That what we as a family had to do, we came in after 7pm and things were not right. That morning we explained to the supervisor about what didnt happen. From that moment on everything went up-hill and we are so pleased. more

My sister-in-law was there for about 4weeks. She was fighting some kind of infection and the medication couldn't be taken at home, so we decided on your place. I really believe the care she received was exceptional. more

Hospital with professional workers 11/18/2015

one thing about this hospital nurses have compassion for their patients they will go out there way to put a smile on patients face. If you where to come to this hospital forget about losing weight because the food is really excellent compliments to the chefs. Want to thank mariesol , Lainey, Rafael and Edwin for their time patience their witty attitude and specially their humor because of their humor and joyful attitudes therapy will be difficult to get through. Very beautiful individual by the name of alma comes in with a paper and a crossword puzzle that I can never finish and smile that makes me happy. Mrs. Hattie from housekeeping very pleasant and always witty and sharp .Nicole M cna morning nurse tall has tattoo on arm very charming very pleasant to be around. Pam from wound care very quiet kind hearted pretty smile always trying to make jokes. Thank you all staff for your warmth kindness and patience from a very humble patient. more

Great Staff 11/6/2015

Well I'm going home from here and this wasn't my first stay at this location. When giving a choice of locations, I requested Lakeshore. On my first stay everyone treated me nice and any questions or issues we resolved with speed. This place even keep tabs on me when I leave, they do check up calls making sure your ok. more
