My daughter bought a bedroom set it was a King size bed the set cost 2000.00 she was sleeping then the bed collapsed the boards broke she went to Kiki told her the problem she shrug her shoulders and said not my problem my daughter then said the screws weren't in right she paid a 200.00 fee to have it installed she said didn't you check the work after they were done these people are supposed to be professionals no I didn't check what was I supposed to check for Kiki gave her a metal frame that she had to tie to the roof of her car what she should of done was to say I'm sorry let me send someone out to fix it but according to her not my problem never again will I go there I have bought furniture from there never again more

Outstanding Shopping Experience 5/12/2010

I am a recently divorced male. I have no idea when it comes to furnishing or decorating a house. I happened to go into this store and was cordially greeted by a member of Kiki's sales staff. I spent approximately 1 hr looking at and deciding on what furniture I truly needed to make my new life easier. I was turned over to Kiki herself by the sales person and was never treated better. She took her time in helping me decide on the items I purchased without being pushy or highly opinionated. After selecting my items she gave me a package deal that I doubt could not have been beaten by any competitor. I found the store to be conveniently located and generously stocked. Just as an additional point of information, the sofa and loveseat I purchased was not in stock and had to be ordered. It came in less than a week and was delivered that same day! It's nice to find hidden gems like Kiki's still exist. Pros: Everything more

Went there over the weekend and was helped immediately by the owner herself (Kiki). What a awesome lady. She treated my wife and I like we were old friends. I have been a loyal customer of this store for years. Her furniture selection and prices have kept me coming back. I do not live in the city and when I first started shopping at KIKI's I was a little afraid I was not going to be able to have the furniture delivered. Well, little did I know. Not only did she deliver my furniture but, delivered it on time! I also had concerns when it came price. Once again, She pulled through ""A WINNER"". Her prices could not be beat. I recently purchased a recliner for my Dad, He was enjoying it the following day. If that's not service, I don't know what is. Kiki, Keep up the great work and God bless. All of my furniture from Kiki's looks brand new (and it's actually over 5-years old now). Kiki furniture-BEST 4/15/2010

I got a sofa, loveseat, coffee table, two end tables and two lamps at one of the furniture stores in Philadelphia. The next day, one of my coworkers told me about Kiki furniture. OMG!!! What a difference!!! I canceled my order with the other store, and Kiki saved me 250 dollars for the same exact furniture and I got FREE delivery. Kiki was a big help - very professional. That is the ONLY Furniture store me ,my family and friends will shop from now on. Pros: best price,best service more

If you are looking for good quality, unbeatable prices, friendly service, and a place where you just want to feel comfortable. it'd be stupid NOT to go to Kiki Furiture! They treat you like family, afterall, it is a family owned and operated business. Everything I bought at Kiki Furniture was exceptional, delivered on time, quickly I may add. my experience was similar to the other comments... friendly customer service at first, then your delivery date comes and they have a million excuses as to why. I paid in full and was promised a specific date, the date comes by and now they dont have my furniture, and to add insult to injury i took off from work to get it. they ""promise"" i can get my furniture in a few weeks or settle for a different color... if you pay 1500 cash, you should not be treated like this... it's insulting.. avoid!!!!!!!!!! The furniture looked used and old the delivery was 5 hrs late and to boot didnt have the frame for my sons bed. And it is impossible to call after youve giving them your money they never pick up the phone because they have your number and caller id. If there is 1good review it is probably Kiki herself... more

My dealings with Kiki's have been pleasant. Kiki was very helpful in helping me find the perfect living room set. It had to be special ordered as the one in stock was a different color than I desired. The order arrived in less than 3days and they were calling to schedule delivery the day it arrived in the store. This place has very good customer service AT FIRST, because she wants you to buy their furnitures of course, but once you make up your mind about a piece of furniture in the store and put down a deposit, their attitude changes to the worse customer service ever. And the worse thing comes last, the piece of furniture you want to buy MAY NOT be the one want you seen in the store, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT REPLACING CUSTOMERS FURNITURES EVEN THOUGH THEY PROMISED THE FURNITURES THEY DELIVER WILL BE NEW, BUT AT THE END, YOU WILL GET An OLD PIECE OF FURNITURE. Yet, you paying for the price of a new one, but you will get an old one, FAIR? you tell me. more
