my experience was similar to the other comments... friendly customer service at first, then your delivery date comes and they have a million excuses as to why. I paid in full and was promised a specific date, the date comes by and now they dont have my furniture, and to add insult to injury i took off from work to get it. they ""promise"" i can get my furniture in a few weeks or settle for a different color... if you pay 1500 cash, you should not be treated like this... it's insulting.. avoid!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: impressive floor selection
Cons: bad customer service, missed delivery dates
