I have a clogged pipe in my washroom that prevents me from using my washer. I called my home warranty people and they sent Ken Tyler Plumbing out the next day. Two younger guys, not Ken, showed up and attempted to snake the line through the sink but was unable to get it. They said that Ken would come out and fix it the next day which was Tuesday. Tuesday came. No call. No show. I reached out to the home warranty and they said that he would have to cut through the wall to fix it and he suggested that he installed a clean out for an extra $125 and that he would come out on Thursday 3-5. Thursday came and I hadn't heard from him so I reached out. He said that he was on a job that took 5 hours and he would have to get to me Friday. Friday came another no call no show. Reached out to the home warranty people and they said he would be out Saturday. No specific time. I waited until 3ish to text him and see where he was. No reply. Waited until 5 and reached out to the home warranty and told them to refund my deductible so that I could get so one local or send someone new. They said they put me in a cue for another plumber. I'm still waiting. I understand that my problem is not emergent but simple communication could have alleviate most of my issues. I would not reccommend anyone deal with this plumber.
