Excellent Work & Customer Service 3/11/2010

Kelly's Auto Body does great work. My car looked like it didn't have an accident! They washed and vacuumed it out. It looked fantastic! I really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They really cared how frustrating having an accident can be...that meant a lot. more

Perfect Job 7/20/2009

I am so impressed with the great job that Kelly's did repairing my 2003 Rav4, that I just had to share it. Someone hit me from behind, so the back door and back side panels had to be replaced. The door works better now than it did when it was new, and the new paint is perfect. I really appreciated getting my car back all clean and shiney inside and out, too. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I am so glad I decided to take my car to Kelly's for repair. jkj more

Great Job Every Time! 10/13/2008

Kelly's is great! They care about people and do a great job. I was in an accident with my '06 Toyota Corolla in Sept. '07 and again in Aug.'08 and they repaired my car to look like it never happened. They even washed and vacuumed it out. They really cared about how I was doing after each accident, which is very kind of them, since an accident is a very draining experience. Jym and Scott were especially very helpful. They answered my questions,handled the insurance billing and treated me respectfully. more

Good Job 10/3/2008

I wrecked my car on a Saturday. The tow driver recommended Kelly's. I called on Monday and spoke with Jim. He said no problem we will work directly with your insurance. Kelly's did. A week later I went in to pick up my car. It truly did look like it never happened. By the way I was only there twice once to sign a work authorization and once to pick up my car. It was excellent service start to finish. It has been a couple of months and my car looks great. I would recommend Kelly's to everyone. Good job. more

Vandals didn't win 10/2/2008

I recently had my truck broken into...glass all over the seats and a busted handle and the outer door was dented and needed bodywork. Took it to Kelly's and in 3 days the truck was painted/repaired and new glass put back in. Very happy to have my truck back timely.. Paint looks great! Thanks for a quick turn around! more

Superb Repair 10/2/2008

Just wanted to put a quick little note about my great repair at Kelly's. My truck was vandalized at a local eating establishment and my insurance company directed me to this shop. My truck was fixed very nicely and it was returned clean and on time. I could never tell that my door had ever been damaged or the glass replaced. Interior was vacuumed out as well! Thanks Kelly's for helping me forget about an unfortunate event. Scott more

Bad customer service? Or bilking someone 6/27/2007

Now, let me be clear. I'm talking about one person, ol' CJ. I might talk about bad customer service, but there's also just something odd about my experience. I won't dump the story on you, but there's a back and forth in which basically: Kelly's said they didn't find parts and dumped the problem flat in MY lap, and another shop found parts online in five minutes. Option 1. Incompetence and bad customer service: ol' CJ isn't that competent at finding parts, and doesn't want to get anything done / solve any problems / has emotional issues. Option 2. Bilk the insurance: With my car being older and all, there's only so much room for tacking 'whoops! we found that that 8 mph collision caused major structural damage...' charges on the back end. I don't know if it's a companywide issue or one boob. more

Worst costumer service on earth trying to fake good costumer service 6/7/2007

I've been very patient with Kelly Autobody, but at some point they kept my car so long that the insurance company said they would stop paying for the rental car I was using. Every single time I called the shop, they would delay the estimate. I told them the situation, and that every day they kept the car I was losing money. They didn't seem to care and tried to assure me that the insurance was going to pay for rental, which wasn't the case. The last week, they gave me an estimate that the car would be finished on a Tuesday (it needed paint). That meant another hundred dollars for me. I got pissed over the phone. Then I arrived on that day, the guy told me that he wasn't happy about my attitude on the phone. He said I could get the car, but it has no trunk, and that now I'd have to wait until Friday. NOW WHEN A SHOP IS USING YOUR CAR AS A HOSTAGE SO YOU DON'T COMPLAIN TO THEM, YOU KNOW YOU'VE MADE A REALLY BIG MISTAKE! more

Overpriced estimate left a real bad taste 6/3/2007

I visited Kelly's to get an estimate on my 2006 Japanese car. I had a minor scratch on 2 railings on the side of my door, but other than that there was no damage on the actual door or anything else. The man at Kelly's came back to me with an estimate of almost $400 ($394.76 to be exact) which I thought was pretty pricy for what seemed like a simple job of replacing two railings. I read through the sheets to make sure that the feeling of getting ripped off wasn't a false feeling. There was $173.24 on the materials, ok... There 5 hours of labor at $56 to have the railings re-painted. He also said I had to leave my car with them for 2 days because it involved paint job. At that moment I started to get a little bit uneasy... something didn't seem right. Next day I actually called them to ask for a better estimate. I had still hopes to do business with them... after all they were nearest to my work. They brought the price down to $350. I've decided to try one more body shop before I settle. I went to another body shop within 2miles to Kelly's and found out that the railings (that they quoted needed 5hours plus 2days to get done) could've been purchased pre-painted for $100 for both!!! Even with labor at around similar rate, the other body shop gave me an estimate that was half the price of Kelly's ($204 to be exact). Also it wasn't a 2day job even if they had to paint the railings for any possible reason. Even if they had to paint the railings it wasn’t nearly close to 5hour job! Reading through other people's review I guess people had mixed experience at Kelly's. Maybe it was just that one guy who gave me the quote. But it's hard to believe I wasn't intended. He must've known that he could've ordered the pre-painted railings for a 2006 car... he's in that business. Regardless of what anyone else says I wouldn't recommend Kelly's to anyone... more

Nice work done on my VW Golf 8/21/2006

Went to Kelly's Auto Body to get my fender by the passenger side fixed. Talked to Sam, gave me an estimate that was within what other auto repair shops were giving me, and they did an excellent job on my car I must say. But later found out that my alignment needed fixing, so he recommended me to Auto Dynamix Llc, which was a great found. more

I like Kelly's Auto Body in Bellevue for minor repair work. They do terrific work and I always find them to be quite inexpensive after I compare prices with other places. They guaranteed the fendor work they did for me for as long as I owned by car. I found that to be a really great promise, such that I can go back anytime to have it redone if I'm not satisfied. more
