Now, let me be clear. I'm talking about one person, ol' CJ. I might talk about bad customer service, but there's also just something odd about my experience.
I won't dump the story on you, but there's a back and forth in which basically: Kelly's said they didn't find parts and dumped the problem flat in MY lap, and another shop found parts online in five minutes.
Option 1. Incompetence and bad customer service: ol' CJ isn't that competent at finding parts, and doesn't want to get anything done / solve any problems / has emotional issues.
Option 2. Bilk the insurance: With my car being older and all, there's only so much room for tacking 'whoops! we found that that 8 mph collision caused major structural damage...' charges on the back end.
I don't know if it's a companywide issue or one boob.
