Just like in one review, I don't understand how they got 4 out of 5 stars! They are the worse company ever. They're overpriced, under-performing! I don't understand how they can justify their monthly fees or what their basis is. Stay away from any property that's managed by KRJ. I'm worried I won't be able to sell my property due to the outrageous HOA fees. Pros: None I can think of. Cons: Everything you can imagine...staff, fees, customer service. more

Lack of Management 12/22/2008

Aside from paying outrageous maintenance fees for a place built in 1980, I have to deal with these people. Each time I have contacted KRJ over problems (ie: maintenance, crime on the property, broken gates, etc), they have been absolutely unresponsive or get one of those ""what do you want me to do about it?"" attitudes. Horrible service. Beware: stay away from properties managed by KRJ! Cons: Absolutely poor service more

Worst Management 10/15/2008

This is the worst management company in all of Houston. They do not follow through with any complaints, they allow people to trash their apartments and its surroundings especially the ones who own their own apt/townhouse. Would never recommend this management company. more

Least Professional Management in Houston 6/16/2008

I live in Ethan's Glen, a great and quite townhome community, which is under the management of Krj Management and their infamous and myopic employee, Collins Oakley. One afternoon I received a phone call from Mr. Oakley about an issue he had with me, or so he thought. I had been out of town and there was no way the issue could have been connected with me. I attempted to tell Mr. Oakley this and I have never been treated so rudely in my professional life. Beware of Mr. Collins Oakley.
