Aside from paying outrageous maintenance fees for a place built in 1980, I have to deal with these people. Each time I have contacted KRJ over problems (ie: maintenance, crime on the property, broken gates, etc), they have been absolutely unresponsive or get one of those ""what do you want me to do about it?"" attitudes. Horrible service. Beware: stay away from properties managed by KRJ!
