Just like in one review, I don't understand how they got 4 out of 5 stars! They are the worse company ever. They're overpriced, under-performing! I don't understand how they can justify their monthly fees or what their basis is. Stay away from any property that's managed by KRJ. I'm worried I won't be able to sell my property due to the outrageous HOA fees.
Pros: None I can think of.
Cons: Everything you can imagine...staff, fees, customer service.
