I have been to Jin Ju several times for close to two years now. The food used to be better than it is now, but it is generally still delicious. My favorites are the dae ji galbi (appetizer) and bulgogi (chicken and beef are both good). One of their specials (some sort of beef stew - galbi chim?) is REALLY awesome but they don't make it so often anymore (or if they do, it runs out very quickly). The food always comes with pan jan (sp?) - delicious little side dishes of vegetables prepared in different ways (pickled, for example). The portions are always generous. It probably isn't authentic but I really don't know of too many Korean restaurants in the area where you can find the kind of ambiance they've got at Jin Ju. Oh, also they're drinks are great (esp. margarita) and potent. The lighting is dark, but not so much that you can't see your food. They usually have some chill music playing at a low, inobtrusive level. However, the acoustics aren't so great - I often had to shout over other tables' conversations. Overall, this is one of those places I find myself craving pretty often.
