I had a very bad experience with this moving company. On the moving day, the movers were scheduled to show up between 2:00pm - 4:00pm. At 3:00pm I called the company, trying to pin down the exact time. I was Pros: Unusually nice moving schedulers (to lure you in) Cons: Shady, Liars, Crooks more

This is the WORST moving company I have dealt with. They quoted me $180 and ended up upcharging me for multiple items that they did not tell me in advance would be more- like items with glass. Ended up paying $700. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never let my friends use this company. Cons: Over charge after quote more

I found an add for this place in the Penny Savor and decided to give them a call. The lady that answered the phone was very polite. I asked her all aside what would my final cost be in a ball park figure to move 26 miles, Anaheim Hills to Aliseo Viejo , Ca. She told me about $800.00 so we figured that was fair and decided to go through with it. They showed up over an hour late in a rental truck from Budget and said they were so busy they had to go out and rent a truck. While I was outside they put some paper work down in front of my wife and told her it was just a list of some of the material they might have to use. After we got to our new apt they said we had to pay up before they would unload the truck. So we asked what we owed them and they said over $2,500.00. My wife and I looked at each other and thought what is this. The piece of paper my wife signed was like she had signed a blank check. They had a list of material they said they had to use like large crate which was actually just a box they cut in half and put around the top of the fridge, they said we owned them $145.00 for every time they had to use it. $85.00 to wrap around a small table from our back yard and so on. They refused to let us have our stuff until we paid them and told us if they took it back and stored it until we paid it would cost us another $2,500.00. We did not have the money! My wife was in tears worried about how we were gonna get our stuff back. I eventually borrowed the money. We were totally ripped off. Cons: Ripp off, Scammers more

I don't usually store much stock by negative reviews on the internet, so when I hired Jet Lines to do my move, I read the reviews. I prepared my things just like my contract stated and got ready to have the price jacked up on me, which it was by over two thousand dollars. I was prepared though so I didn't sweat it. The movers showed up 45 minutes late, but they were efficient. They eyeballed the weight of my things, which I found ridiculous, but I went with it if it meant that they would treat my things with respect. When my stuff arrived in DC boxes had been opened and riffled through. THEY STOLE FROM ME during my move. The police told me there was nothing they could do without an address to report the theft from because it's a jurisdictional thing. I filed a claim with their insurance company who offered me $50 in damages, like I would even consider taking $50 for what they stole (about $1000 of DVDs). They violated my trust, they took my things, and then had the audacity to deny any wrongdoing and refuse to speak to me. I've filed a claim with the BBB, and if they don't pay up I'm taking them to court. Don't use them- seriously. The fact that all of their reviews are 1 star or 5 star makes me think they are doing damage control online. Check out the reviews on Yelp, they are even worse then here. I recently moved from Los Angeles to Aneheim. Jet lines gave me the lowest quote, so naturally I decided I would go with them. The three guys showed up on time, and quickly started to move my items. Not only were they EXTREMELY FAST but they made sure to take good care of my breakable items. The booking was seamless, the move was seamless. An all around good experience. My daughter hired this company to move the small amount of furniture stored at our house to her new place in northern California. The deal was, 1000# for $685. After they loaded the truck, they insisted on $1400 for overweight ($850 if we paid in cash). My husband gave them a check for $500, contingent on a weighing at the office. After three days, they insisted the weight is 1400#. Since the specs for the loom state 176#, and the rest of the load is boxes of yarn (13 or so, at 20# apiece) the figure is laughable. At this point, we have two choices -- to pay their outrageous fees or have them keep the shipment. We will be there with scales when the shipment is delivered and filing every legal complaint we can to get this ripoff scam closed down. These guys are quick. They are prompt with their scheduling and they showed up right on time. From the moment they got there they started to work as well. They did not slack off or drag their feet so they were very efficient. They were done in no time and by the time I knew it the move was over. I was very satisfied with Jet Lines. I will use them again in the future more

Such a joke, don't deliver on time, there is no communication letting you know when they will deliver your stuff. ""Matt"" Moisay wont ever return your calls, he has no customer service skills what so ever. They hang up on you when you have something to dispute and the representatives actually tell you they wont take your call and you will just be on hold because they take NO responsibility for their mistakes such. They charge you bs fees, such as re-routing fees and don't even show you documentation of what they're charging you, they accused us of lying. DO NOT GO WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY, they're the worst moving company out there. They also had their license revoked a few years ago, if that isn't a red flag I don't know what is. Save yourself the frustration and money. They will think up all these different fees in the end and then they will tell you if you don't pay their fees that they will keep your things and then charge you $800 dollars more. Cons: Customer service is worst I have ever experienced. Were 7 days late for delivering my things and charged me fees that I shouldn't have been charged. more

We moved last week and it was just great. I was sooo worried, but everything went so smoothly I wanted to kiss the guys (but they were too sweaty ;-) They arrived on time, packed the large furniture and kitchen stuff, and we were out of my place in less then 2 hours. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and they helped me arrange my furniture the way I wanted. The guys were so nice and professional, I highly recommend Jet Lines! Simple as they said it would be.. No hidden fees..... I have moved before.. And I didn't believe in the beginning. But they did not charge me anything but the cost that was agreed in the beginning. They did give me 50$ of free boxes. The move was smooth and simple. I wish I had known about them a long time ago. I Highly Recommend more

I moved from Los Angeles to South Carolina and used Jet Lines moving for the move and they were fantastic!!! They gave me a great price and were always available to speak to me. I was worried due to the fact that my pick up was scheduled for Saturday but they answered their phones on Saturday and the driver communicated with me the whole way through and he was the nicest guy and very careful.
