I found an add for this place in the Penny Savor and decided to give them a call. The lady that answered the phone was very polite. I asked her all aside what would my final cost be in a ball park figure to move 26 miles, Anaheim Hills to Aliseo Viejo , Ca. She told me about $800.00 so we figured that was fair and decided to go through with it. They showed up over an hour late in a rental truck from Budget and said they were so busy they had to go out and rent a truck. While I was outside they put some paper work down in front of my wife and told her it was just a list of some of the material they might have to use. After we got to our new apt they said we had to pay up before they would unload the truck. So we asked what we owed them and they said over $2,500.00. My wife and I looked at each other and thought what is this. The piece of paper my wife signed was like she had signed a blank check. They had a list of material they said they had to use like large crate which was actually just a box they cut in half and put around the top of the fridge, they said we owned them $145.00 for every time they had to use it. $85.00 to wrap around a small table from our back yard and so on. They refused to let us have our stuff until we paid them and told us if they took it back and stored it until we paid it would cost us another $2,500.00. We did not have the money! My wife was in tears worried about how we were gonna get our stuff back. I eventually borrowed the money. We were totally ripped off.
