Such a joke, don't deliver on time, there is no communication letting you know when they will deliver your stuff. ""Matt"" Moisay wont ever return your calls, he has no customer service skills what so ever. They hang up on you when you have something to dispute and the representatives actually tell you they wont take your call and you will just be on hold because they take NO responsibility for their mistakes such. They charge you bs fees, such as re-routing fees and don't even show you documentation of what they're charging you, they accused us of lying. DO NOT GO WITH THIS MOVING COMPANY, they're the worst moving company out there. They also had their license revoked a few years ago, if that isn't a red flag I don't know what is. Save yourself the frustration and money. They will think up all these different fees in the end and then they will tell you if you don't pay their fees that they will keep your things and then charge you $800 dollars more.
Cons: Customer service is worst I have ever experienced. Were 7 days late for delivering my things and charged me fees that I shouldn't have been charged.
