should have checked on my car 11/23/2012

I was not a happy customer. I arrived at 945 for my 10 O'clock appt. I was told that it would be about 45 minutes. At 10:45 I walked out the door to see if my car was done. Surprise! My car is still in the same place I left it an hour earlier. I went to the desk and asked about my car and after the service rep looked into the computer, I was told that they needed to "wrap it up". I brought up that it was still sitting outside. The rep was very apologetic. The car was finished about 20 minutes later. more

My salesman Phillip was the best ever. He was not pushy & when I told him how much I was willing to spend, my color desires & my preferred payments he got me everything I asked for. I did my homework before going in such as the best interest rate I could get elsewhere and I had searched the internet & gone to numerous other dealerships over the course of 2 years looking. So, knowing my car was dieing a slow death, when my old car was on it's last breathe, Phillip made the transition smooth and non threatening which I have felt from other salesmen in the past. I am so happy with my NEW RED CAPTIVA & I would go to Phillip again in a heart beat!!!!!! more

Dan really helped me with all my questions 7/7/2011

I purchased a 2008 Corvette from Jet Chevrolet and was satisfied with the process. Dan the salseperson was knowledgable enough with Corvettes to answer all my questions. He also went out of his way to take care of some minor issues with the car that I hadn't even noticed during the test drive but he had picked up on. The management and finance staff were also friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend this dealership to someone looking for a new or used Chevrolet. more
