I've been a real estate agent in Austin for 13 years and have dealt with many loan officers. I had a client I had sent to a loan officer that said he couldn't help my client. She was referred to Jack, who wasn't about to give up on her and got the loan done. I was very impressed with his professionalism and dedication. I sent another young couple to him that wasn't quite ready to buy and for two years he kept up with them. Jack was always there to answer their questions and concerns. They were able to buy their second home due to his hard work. Jack is always there when I need him and he is great at returning phone calls. In my business as a realtor I'm only good if I can get my clients financing. With a good loan officer I can do my job. Jack is the man that can get things accomplished!!!
