After my wedding dress had hung in my closet for over 4 years, I finally decided it was time to have it preserved. I didn't need it cleaned since it never really got dirty (except around the inside hem), and I found out (after calling about 12 different dry cleaners in town) that most dry cleaners charge $100+ to preserve your gown whether you need it cleaned or not! Not wanting to spend this much money, I even researched preserving it myself, which was going to cost around $50-$60 to buy the acid-free box, paper, etc.
Pros: Great customer service; phone call updates; easy to get in & out of parking lot
