Fantastic service all around. I just used JW Heating and Air to do a full heating and AC install w/ductwork in my house and couldn't recommend them more highly. Totally profession...

Dustin was the service man sent to me from JW Heating and air. Was having a problem with my air conditioner which he resolved. He was knowledgable, professional and patient as i had many questions. The price was reasonable and I was very pleased with the service. Dustin represents his company well, and is definitely a keeper. My overall experience with the staff including Christie was outstanding. more

These guys were super. Always on time, and then courteous, clean and pleasant, it was obvious they were committed to provide the best service they could - and that's just what they did (plus they took the time to explain what they were doing when asked and then they were patient enough to explain it twice if necessary). And as almost every job that is a bit more significant (in terms of complexity, scheduling, etc.) has a bump or two when that happened on this one the JW crews handled them -- quickly and professionally. They're great!! more

Best install and service 9/15/2016

Love this company!! They installed a great system in a tight space for our house. Their biannual service is great for keeping our system running at it's best. Always get a complete service of both the condenser and furnace, and the techs are efficient and neat. more

Simply the best!!! 9/13/2016

I have been using JW in our two residences in Los Angeles... I met Rudy during his first visit to our condo almost 5 years ago. I was needing the most professional advice due to my asthma and certainly Rudy guided me to the best options. Professional, honest, polite and kind Rudy is a true asset for JW, the best face that the company could have. more

Shiny New HVAC 9/4/2016

Jose, Ismael and Dennis installed my new HVAC system. They were professional, courteous and kept the property clean and accessible. Jose's team was always on time, efficient and finished the job on schedule. Jose explained how the system was installed and performed all the necessary start up procedures. Without hesitation, I have already recommended JW Heating and AC and the HERO program to my neighbors. more

HVAC repair 7/20/2016

Our HVAC system threw an error over the weekend and wasn't working properly. I left a message for repair, and on Monday morning, Fernando, from JW Heating & Air, came over. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently. 5 stars to Fernando and JW! more

exceptional service and honesty 3/22/2016

Our service person was Ruddy and he was an exceptional person. We had been using a different company and each time they came our for service, within a month or so we had issues with our system. The last time they told us we had a leaky duct system and they needed to reseal it all to have the system function properly. Ruddy Brown from JW Heating came out to check our system and went under our home to check the ducts and he stated all was fine and if there is any issue in the future, it may be due to the age of our zone system, but that all is fine currently. He was extremely professional and honest. I will continue to use this company and would highly recommend them to anyone more
