Awesome! best place I have ever been for sure. The girls are wonderful and everyone seems to have a good time. I felt very comfortable and having people smile makes it for me. I don't ask for much :) Actually thats what also makes me write this review, I feel so satisfied when I get services there it puts me in a great mood and makes me feel good. I look forward to my appointments which is so great. Truly a salon of salons! 5 starts or 10 starts!! I would give it a 100 starts! if I could!! more

Simply the best! 4/13/2012

It is difficult to write about my experience because I can not express how I feel in words. I have struggled to maintain my overall looks with the budget I have. I also have been on the hardest times as of late. A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate for Invidia so I could have something positive. I made an appointment for a massage and pedicure and manicure, and then a blowdry. I was shocked. I have never been in a place that made me feel like I was at a resort like you see in a magazine. I literally forgot I was in Sudbury. My massage was amazing and Deanna the Massage girl was very sweet and very professional. I also feel so refreshed from my pedicure. Mary was the nail girl. I highly recommend them both. I also felt so at home with the front desk people, they were so sweet and helpful. I wish I could go there every week. They also have email specials which will help my finances. I feel so pretty and happy that I want to cry. Thank you so much Angela, Mary, Deanna! more

1st time is more than a charm 2/11/2012

I recently had an amazing experience that I wanted to share with everyone. I had spent some time online searching for a great salon and spa. I read a lot of very positive review which gave me high expectations. So what happened?! ... It was not disappointing, it was even better than I expected. It was perfect! I could not have been happier with my first visit. I decided to get a manicure and Foils-Trim. First let me say that the place is amazing and the energy is great. Not a business you will see unless you, I don't even know,...maybe go to a resort? The staff seems so happy and fun which is why I think the energy is so good. I was very happy with my hair color and my hair cut, just what I wanted, yet for some reason never managed to get exactly right in the past. Also the spa where I got my nails done was a relaxation island. It was one of those times when you go pay your bill that you feel you got a better deal because you were so happy, I also was sort of excited to tip Mary and Ashley (the girls who did my service) because they where so great! I always think that when you are happy to spend money you must have been given a great reason. I really recommend this place! definitely going back! more

Great nail technicians! 12/6/2011

Came here through a friend's recommendation. Upon walking in, it felt different from other spas/nail salons I've been to. It's not overly decorated and it is very clean. I was greeted right away. I made the appointment with Celma to do my nails. She's super friendly. She took care not to file too hard when I told her about my nail sensitivity. I loved the way she did her own nails! She's a great nail technician and I'd definitely go back to her for my nails again. She did a great job and made me feel real comfortable while getting my nails done. more

Where to start? Love Ashley. Shes fun, kind and happy person to boot. I couldn't be happier with everything she does. Cut, color, blow-dry everything! There's no reason why anyone should get their hair (cut and colored) by any other salon. Sorry to the others, but it's true. See you in 3 weeks Ash! more

This place was great. The staff was so friendly and did a fantastic job. This was my first mani/pedi and after theis experience i can definitely say it won't be my last. Best haircut anywhere!! 10/19/2011

I never thought that I would find salon love again then I met Mel at Invidia salon. women and men of the world look no further than here! This is by far the best haircut anywhere. Upon entering the salon, I was greeted by professionalism. Don't let the youthfulness of these stylists fool you- these ladies know hair. Although I have a conservative job, I wanted a stylish hair cut that would make me look less like a frumpy midwestern grandmother and more like the goddess I am....- this was the place I was looking for...caring, thoughtful, good listeners with style,style style. From what I could tell- Mel is not the only one with clever clippers. Another beauty was also getting her tresses trimmed with a fabulous cut. Reasonable prices for the cut and style, help with styling tips at home - I will most definitely return. more

I'm a spa snob! Self proclaimed. 100%. 9/24/2011

I've been in some of the nicest spas in some of the biggest cities....some diamonds in the rough scattered in small towns....I'd say i have covered the spectrum of spa quality over the years. Invidia's spa blew me away. I think I'm done looking for anything better in Mass becasue I have found it. It's located in a prime spot....they are the one fresh of breath air amongst the bustle of uptown life. You feel immediatly welcome and calm as you walk in. My mom, sister and I all went for my mom's birthday. Once inside they got our names and called us back...where we sat in a relaxing waiting area, sipping on refreshing cucumber water or great cappucchinos and chatting with other customers, making friends.....feeling completely at home. The rooms, they call you back tothey are so cozy and inviting. Each and every massage expert there talks to you like they have known you for years, and sincerely want to learn as much about you as possible so that they can give you exactly what you need on you visit. I got the swedish massage...it was amazing. My sister got a mud wrap and swears by it. For Christmas my ex-boyfriend and I got his sister an pregnancy massage. She was brought to tears she enjoyed it so much. Let me tell you all that If you want to treat yourself or a loved one to an afternoon of pampering, You'll love it so much. You'll be a lifer ;) more

GTREAT SALON & SPA 9/23/2011

I recently visited this wonderful Invidia in,May. Let me just say that I have always been skeptical about spas, because they all appear over priced. So upon my arrival, they were going to have to totally blow my mind. Guess What? THEY DID!!! In my opinion, their attention to detail and customer service can never be surpassed. On the advice of a dear friend, I agreed to have a facial. The young lady that performed the service was warm, pleasant and highly professional. She quickly and quietly put to rest any of my reservations. She took her time and worked her magic. I didn't know it was possible to experience such a transformation on my face. Lindsay made me feel like a million bucks.Simply put, it was the most wonderful treatment, of any kind, I have ever gotten. At a time when my money is short and frustrations long, it was great to have gotten top value for my hard earned dollars. That is precisely why I will be doing monthly facials indefinitely. A Totally FRESH LOOK!!!! 9/22/2011

My hair is difficult (big understatement) and styling it well! Just isnt my thing. Invidia give me a cut and style I can maintain. The other great thing about them is that, even though they've been cutting my hair for over three years, they keep it fresh and flattering. Nothing old or out-dated about it. I have no idea how I managed before. I can't imagine going anywhere else. more

PERFECT. HAIRSTYLING. EXPERIENCE. 8/26/2011

I've been in and out of several hair salons everywhere - and finding a skillful stylist has been REALLY tricky. No one could provide the "sexy, blond, bombshell" look I was after . Then friend Patty introduced me to Invidia.....and I've been faithful ever sense. Never have I had a salon so dedicated to providing a first class experience for their clients. They put in the VERY BEST to guarantee your style leaves you satisfied and smiling. Her skill, passion, and dedication to work shows with every cut of the scissors. I'm always SO HAPPY! Their location is perfection. It's spacious, open, bright, and has an atmosphere that says, "relax, we are happy you are here.". I could go on for pages on how impressed I am with Invidia's professionalism, aura and overall fabulous-ness. But honestly? BEAUTIFUL HAIR speaks louder than words and thats what I get every time!! :) more

Splurge to de-stress! 8/9/2011

Invidia Salon and Spa is my sassy little splurge when I'm stressed out and need to find a little spa happiness. The environment is soothing and slightly new age without being snotty. I've had some massage experiences that range from average to AMAZING and the same goes for their hair cuts. The waxing services are excellent to. You're in a private room that's very soothing and all around relaxation. They take their time and my brows always look fantastic. The thing that really keeps me coming back though, is the pedicures. This is probably too much info but I have less than stellar nails and damned if they dont make them look and FEEL perfect every single time. I owe my happiness to Invidia. :))) more

Great Service. 7/29/2011

Every new city I move to, I have to endure a couple bad haircuts before I find a place like Invidia. My last haircut was so bad I looked like I had a mullet! I asked for layers but instead I got a business in the front and a party in the back. It was so bad I just asked my bf to cut it straight across. Invidia is by appointment so there was no wait. I was seen immediately. They really do have as good as it gets customer service here! more

I have had countless massages from the therapists at Invidia and am never disappointed. I usually go for specific muscle work, but have also had Deep Tissue and all the others. The rooms are spacious, the music is relaxing, and most importantly the therapists are skilled. more

After spending a few years auditioning Boston's top salons, Invidia is - by far - my favorite. Unlike a lot of salons, Invidia is classy and upscale without being pretentious. Most importantly, every single person that walks out looks FANTASTIC! Some salons have one or two excellent hair artists - all you have to do is look at how many stylists have positive reviews on here to know that they are something special. more
