Worst

I went to this salon once when they were a hair salon only. I had seen that they won number one spa but was suprised to see that there new location which was the spa had not even ...

Nowhere else for me!!! 9/5/2010

I always love trying out new salons for my hair...but now that I've been to Invidia Salon im too scared to go anywhere else...They gave me hands down the best hair cut of my life and it grew out really well too...I once had my hair blown at a different salon because I was in a rush and couldnt make the trip to Invidia but even they complimented my hair cut. Invidias the best around!! more

Booked my next appt already... 9/2/2010

Went here for a manicure and pedicure for my birthday last week, and I was AMAZED! To say the least. The place is astounding and after my visit I can see why it's the talk of the town. I'm most definitely going back. more

Invidia does a fabulous job that's all I can say!! They basically do a great job on assessing your hair, listening to you're history and just getting right to business. You should seriously consider going to see them! more

I went to Invidia after researching Boston salons on citysearch. The reviews were so good... I decided I had nothing to lose. I had an amazing experience and so did my friends. This place is absolutely out of this world!!! I love my color and cut. I feel like a new person. more

Great team!! 8/16/2010

So I have been to Invidia three times now. The first two times Ben did a great job but the last two times I have had Kate because Ben was away. Kate did an amazing job as well. She's was very knowledgeable about product and style. The most recent time I was there, she styled my hair wonderfully and showed me a few different ways to recreate the look. I will most certainly keep going back to see her or Ben. Great conversation, relaxed atmosphere, great vibe and a fantastic service. I really like the welcoming atmosphere and the team oriented effort, really makes me comfortable and happy to be a client. Definitely the place to be! more

Exactly what i wanted.... 8/15/2010

I've never written a review before so maybe that will tell you how impressed I am. I can't count how many stylists I've been to where I walk out thinking "it's alright, not exactly what I wanted but it will do". I walked out of this salon feeling highly confident and even a little bit sexy :) . Exactly what I wanted..... 2 thumbs up!!! more

I chose to go to Invidia salon because of the reviews I've read on this site. Let me just say: totally worth the visit. I've had long, boring hair that was ruined by a hairstylist in town back this past winter and it's taken a long time for me to work up the courage to try another salon. So I made an appointment and took a deep breath. Best...Decision...Ever. I told her I needed a change, and I was open to anything. I ended up with a gorgeous strawberry blond color that I never would have imagined looked as amazing as it does. I couldn't be happier! Her vision and execution was flawless! This is by far the best salon experience I've ever had. The salon could be really pretentious if it wanted to, but the atmosphere is so inviting. It's a truly remarkable statement of interior design--the attention to detail is impressive! You must try them! You will not be sorry. I feel like a new woman! Pros: Absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Invidia has a great atmosphere, friendly people and decent prices, they're even willing to work with you on your schedule. They worked me in just this morning to get a brow wax before my vacation and they made it feel like I was an old friend who dropped by to visit! Pros: Customer service Cons: nothing more

Invidia has the best customer service I've ever experienced. They're polite, punctual, utterly professional and they will go that extra mile just for client satisfaction. I go there as often as my budget will allow and i'll keep going back...They're worth every penny and them some!!! great value, great prices! Pros: all round customer satisfaction Cons: none more

Never have I appreciate customer service as much as did at Invidia. The staff is smiling every second of every appointment I have had. I have been a client for 3 years now, and I am completely satisfied each and every time. The positive energy and relaxing atmosphere is amazing. Try it, you will never go anywhere else. I recently booked my Bridal party and wedding services with Invidia. They are an extremely professional company with very high quality services. Their Director was very thourough with every detail planning my events to assure wonderful experiences for myself and all my family and friends. It was a pleasure to meet their staff and recieve all the wonderfull services. The entire experience was a grand success. Thank you Invidia. Pros: Quality of Service, Professionalism, Price. I love EVERY SECOND!! 6/23/2010

My appointments with Invidia is what I look forward to every month. Naomi gives the most amazing massages, and Nicole always makes me look great with her color and cutting. I love every moment that I am there, especially the great cappuccino at there bar and chatting with the front desk staff that are so friendly and fun. Truly a pleasure to be a client of theirs.
