I obtained Don's number through Service Master. I cannot relate as to how happy my experience was. First of all, on time not like the cable company which gives you a window for the service, Don called me when he was leaving a job and told me that he would be there in 45 minutes, He was actually early. Second the job that I was hoping to get done was going to be a challenge but Don figured out the best way to stretch the carpet and the results were more than satisfactory and the price could not have been any better. He also was able to size up the job and complete it that same day. It remnds me of the old days when service and customer satisfaction were #1 and #2. Not the money and the dreaded upsales. Between my adult cat's love for clawing carpet and my new kitty trying to dig her way out of my closet, my boyfriend and I were seriously contemplating replacing all the carpet in our house. We were skeptical to repair at first because we thought the color wouldn't match and we'd be able to see a patch job. We had several things that needed fixing on our carpet. We had it installed 3 years ago and we kept stepping on sharp tacks in the doorways. We also had an entertainment center built and they had to rip up the carpet to install but didn't put the carpet back down (two years ago) and then my HOT iron fell on the carpet and melted it. Don came and fixed EVERYTHING!! I am so happy with the way it came out and the iron mark is all gone and you can't tell that anything was changed. Excelient job. Oh and his teenage son moved all the furniture out and then back in, amazing!! more

Don and his son came out to my apartment to repair a portion of carpet by my bedroom door that my dog ripped up.
